Stephanie Avery is the Wilmington store manager and started with USA Flooring in 2021. She loves the amazing camaraderie she has with her USA Flooring colleagues. Born and raised in Michigan, she holds both a bachelor’s and a master's degree in elementary education and taught in NC schools for 15 years before coming to USA Flooring. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her wife, friends, and family, preferably around a pool.
