USA Flooring has a wonderful selection and the carpet and vinyl flooring we chose looks beautiful !
Based upon a recommendation by a friend and seeing the finished product, we decided to visit the USA Flooring showroom. Upon entering we were greeted promptly by Sales Representative, Stephanie. We explained to her what we were looking for in LVP flooring to replace old carpeting in our condo's LR, DR, MBR and walk-in closet. She asked us a few questions which helped to more focus our choices and decision. Based on the products shown to us and the price for material and installation, we chose to employ USA Flooring. And we couldn't be happier with our decision! The installers moved our large pieces of furniture, ripped up the old carpet, leveled the concrete slab (we live on ground floor), installed vapor barrier sheeting, installed the new LVP and quarter-round moldings, as necessary, and replaced the furniture. All this in approximately 1 1/2 days! The space looked like new. All trash was removed and living areas were tidied up. If you are considering new flooring, LVP, carpeting, wood, tile, do not hesitate to stop in to the USA Flooring Showroom in Wilmington. Check them out for all your flooring needs. They are professional, efficient, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

We are in the process of purchasing laminate flooring for our downstairs from USA Flooring. Drew from their Quality Control group came to measure and troubleshoot any possible issues with the install especially the stairway. His knowledge of the products and install procedures were instrumental in helping us make an informed decision about our purchase. He was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, courteous and did not rush. His dedication to making sure we would get the results we wanted and would be pleased to have. As a result, we are confident about our decision and look forward to the install. People like Drew are a real asset to your company. He truly cares that the work performed at install will be better than we expected. Also he was helpful to reply to texts after hours with our additional questions and reassured us. He has made it a pleasant experience. Drew performs at this high level because he truly cares that the end result is perfection.
We recently had our old carpet replaced with Mohawk Revwood Premier Pecan flooring through our complete downstairs . This included our laundry room , bathroom and the staircase . Initially Daniel and Scott were our first contact people who showed us their flooring options to fill our needs . After a minimal wait time to order the flooring acquired from their NC factory , the removal started Wednesday morning . Wilber and Marcos were our highly skilled installers whose skill levels were Exceptional , and were a true team who showed pride in every step of the flooring installation . We always let them do their work by generally staying outside out of their way . When an issue came up they clearly communicated the issue and listened to our input respectfully . All furniture was carefully moved including all kitchen and laundry appliances. They at lunch time texted when they were leaving and returning . As the work progressed over 4 days , we always knew our items inside were secure because these men were honest by their mannerisms and courteous behavior. Our stair case was very labor intensive to go from carpet to a beautiful handcrafted work of art ! Each step took hours of extreme skill to know how to complete the work to look as if the fine craftsmanship was there as in new construction . Even when working and problem solving working past exhaustion , Never did they ever speak harshly to each other or us ! To complete the job they worked Saturday until after 6:30 PM . This team takes great pride in every aspect what they do . When complete they cleaned up nicely and all appliances and furniture place back in their original locations . This installation was better than we ever expected . USA flooring was highly recommended by a friend of 17 years . Love the Solid Oak 1/4 round trim on the complete perimeter of downstairs including behind the washer , dryer, and refrigerator including clausets . We could not be happier with the work done by USA Flooring . Gloria and Dale Smith .
