Our experience with USA Flooring, Fayetteville, NC was superior. We were purchasing a house, and we desired carpet to be removed from two bedrooms and a closet and replaced with laminate wood flooring matching the rest of the house. We provided specifications and samples to Courtney who thoroughly surveyed the proposed job, ordered sample laminate panels from the manufacturer to verify a perfect match, provided a thorough estimate (including a very nice discount through her manager), and coordinated the installation on our requested date. The contracted installer, Gonzalo Martinez, and his assistant diligently hard charged through the day into late afternoon not stopping until the install was complete. Gonzalo's assistant seemed to know how to stay one move ahead to keep materials flowing and refuse gathered and stowed. A seamless job between them and their floor! Thank you Courtney, USA Flooring, and Gonzalo for such a positive experience and outcome. Your work was thoroughly considered, planned, coordinated, and accomplished.
