Extremely satisfied with old flooring removal and new flooring installation. Kelvin is very knowledgeable about products and the installation process. He provided samples on multiple occasions to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. The installation team did a great job removing and installing product, respected our home (no damage), and cleaning up residue material inside and outside our home. Second time using USA Floors and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

We are extremely pleased with our new stair runner from USA Flooring. Stephanie was exceptional throughout the entire process. She visited our home, provided a range of samples, and demonstrated a genuine enthusiasm for our project. The installation was completed efficiently and in a timely manner before the holiday. I recently replaced carpet in two bedrooms and decided to choose Flooring USA based on positive reviews I had read about them. I rarely write reviews, but I felt like I needed to post it forward and let anyone who is I. The fence about who to choose for carpet needs that you cannot go wrong with them! From start to finish, Micky went over and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She helped me so much in picking out a beautiful choice of carpet that wasn’t too expensive and the guys that installed the carpet were top notch as well.. they provided beautiful work with a lifetime warranty. Definitely the right decision!

22 years of experience in the new home or residential sector. I had high expectations of being able to support with processes and codes to avoid losses and eliminate services. I delivered a project to them.
But on the third day, they told me to install 500 S/f of LVP units since they didn't have anything for me. I think they should have a clear training process and get the best benefit from the knowledge. I hope I get a refund.
During the days I worked, I was at the owner's sister's house, and she could let me know about my performance.
