This company went the extra mile. From the appointment setting, to the measuring, and ending with a complete and beautiful product. The craftsmanship is also great. I helped a client to replace carpet in their commercial office and everyone was very pleased.

I only write reviews when I receive exceptional service. I requested a flooring quote from Mr. Kelvin in April 2025 and surprisingly, he made follow-up call in June. I finally visited the store in person later this year in September with a competing quote. The Manager Ms. Angela went above and beyond to price match and earn my business. USA Flooring’s customer service is top-notch—I highly recommend them.
I have only positive things to say about this store and the people who work here! Stephanie and Rob were extremely accommodating and kind, helping me with a last minute carpet repair. They were both genuinely nice people and very professional. I highly recommend anyone to go to this location for any flooring needs!! Thank you guys so much!
Very happy with service. We had a hiccup but was provided a solution without additional cost. Stephanie and her crew were great!
