Had a great experience with USA flooring. They were on time, and finished ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job with my flooring.
Went in there a couple of days ago to get some excess carpet and rug pads. One of the employees Daniel there had given me much more than that. He was super helpful and interested in my very specific situation and was extensive in his help in trying to find the right carpet and pad for me. He even went out of his way to give me some unconventional solutions as well as advice. Even coming into the store, I was greeted with such interest and attention. Mind you, I have been going to multiple different carpet and flooring stores and did not receive anything in compared to the store. They have a great staff I strongly recommend.
We have worked with the team at USA flooring for the last 5 years as we have completed a whole house remodel. The team is super helpful in selecting a floor that meets your needs and budget. We love all our selections in the different areas of our house.

We needed new flooring for different areas of our home and everyone we met at USA flooring were great. We mainly worked with Atenoya and she was very professional and very responsive to our questions. The installers were also great. They handled all our furniture that needed to be moved with care and the flooring installations were done in one day and it looks beautiful.
A.T. was such a great help to us while weighing our flooring options. She was knowledgeable, patient and a gracious sales person. No pressure, just service oriented. Our flooring came quickly and under budget. The guys in the warehouse were on the ball and friendly. I'd recommend USA flooring to anyone!
