With more than 10 years of experience in the flooring industry, Sarah Battista brings a passion for people, exceptional customer service, and results-driven leadership to her role as Branch Manager at USA Flooring.
Throughout her career, Sarah has built strong relationships, developed high-performing teams, and consistently delivered outstanding results. During her three years as a Central Selling Specialist, she generated more than $6 million in flooring sales and was recognized as a top performer within her division. She also mentored and developed Central Selling Associates who went on to become top performers, with mentees consistently ranking among the Top 10 in the company.
Sarah believes great flooring experiences start with listening to the customer, understanding their vision, and providing the knowledge and guidance needed to bring that vision to life. Her experience in sales, operations, installation coordination, and customer service allows her to approach every project with both expertise and genuine care.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She brings the same energy, passion, and curiosity to everything she does.
