These leadership updates come as USA Flooring continues to experience strong growth across its markets, increasing demand from builder partners, and a need to further strengthen internal processes, systems, and leadership structure to support long-term expansion.

Fred Black Promoted to Chief Operating Officer
USA Flooring has promoted Fred Black to Chief Operating Officer. Black previously served as Vice President of Operations and has been with the company for six years, playing a central role in scaling operations and improving performance across multiple branches.
In his new role, Black will oversee company-wide operations, driving efficiency, standardization, and strategic growth initiatives as USA Flooring continues to expand its footprint.
In addition to his leadership within USA Flooring, Black is an active industry contributor, serving on the Board of the Floor Covering Education Foundation, the Synchrony Home Advisory Board, and as Finance Committee Head for the National Floor Covering Alliance.
Jessica Flynn Joins as Chief Financial Officer
USA Flooring also announced the appointment of Jessica Flynn as Chief Financial Officer. Flynn brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving operational improvements and building high-performing teams.
Throughout her career, Flynn has led large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives, enhanced working capital performance, and strengthened financial visibility and internal controls. Her leadership has consistently delivered meaningful cost savings while supporting long-term, scalable growth.
Flynn holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Emily Winfrey Promoted to General Manager
USA Flooring has promoted Emily Winfrey to General Manager. Winfrey has been with the company for five years and has held several key leadership roles, including Branch Manager of the Winston-Salem location and most recently District Manager.
During her tenure, Winfrey has demonstrated strong operational leadership and a consistent ability to drive performance across multiple locations. In her new role, she will oversee broader operational responsibilities, supporting continued growth and execution across the business.
Chris Holloway Named Director of Sales
USA Flooring has appointed Chris Holloway as Director of Sales. Holloway brings a diverse background in outside sales and account management, with experience in both the car rental and tax consulting industries.
Known for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth, Holloway will lead the company’s sales strategy and execution. His addition supports USA Flooring’s focus on expanding market share and strengthening partnerships across its builder and Pro customer base.
