From start to finish, I had a great experience with the Durham location. Brian came over, measured and then sent my estimate later the same day. He followed up to see if I had any questions. After a few days to think about it, I decided to go with them. The installers showed up on time and did a wonderful job. The finish looks great and the quality of the carpet is very good. Not a scratch or nick anywhere on the walls either! I would highly recommend them 🙂

We had the best experience with USA flooring and I highly recommend them!! From initial contact to completion of the project, Stephanie Avery provided excellent service and communication well above and beyond expectations.
One example of many - She knew I was on a tight timeline with our baby due in just 2 weeks so when she found out the first style we picked would be coming in too close to due date she stayed up late to help me pick a new option AND worked on her day off to get the product ordered for us.
As soon as it came in she texted me and her team was able to come a day early to get everything installed. They finished our entire downstairs minus a small part of a bathroom in ONE day (which they took care of quickly the next morning) and it looks incredible!
I can’t thank them enough for helping us get this completed with high quality work before our baby was born.

Daniel at USA is absolutely outstanding with customer service, patience, and knowledge of their products. But, all staff are always ready to assist however they can. We appreciate all of them and their service. Their prices are lower than other comparable products and of great quality. Go there before purchasing elsewhere. It's worth it, and you'll be blessed by their kindness and service.
