We worked with salesman Josh, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When it came to having our downstairs floors replaced with LVP flooring, we were skeptical. We had carpet linoleum and hardwood remove. The installation team was top notch, that was refreshing. They were able to complete the installation in one day. I will follow up with the name of the installers because they were the main reason along with Josh for the five star review. Honest quality talented work. Talent and experience....experience.
We had a good experience with the Durham location of USA Flooring. Brandon, our point of contact, was very friendly and helpful. We had carpet replaced in four different rooms, and the team of two who handled the installation were efficient, polite, and did a great job.
They came and were in and out in 2 hours and did a fantastic job. Kelvin was amazing notnpushy on the sale and very accomodating

Our experience with USA Flooring, Fayetteville, NC was superior. We were purchasing a house, and we desired carpet to be removed from two bedrooms and a closet and replaced with laminate wood flooring matching the rest of the house. We provided specifications and samples to Courtney who thoroughly surveyed the proposed job, ordered sample laminate panels from the manufacturer to verify a perfect match, provided a thorough estimate (including a very nice discount through her manager), and coordinated the installation on our requested date. The contracted installer, Gonzalo Martinez, and his assistant diligently hard charged through the day into late afternoon not stopping until the install was complete. Gonzalo's assistant seemed to know how to stay one move ahead to keep materials flowing and refuse gathered and stowed. A seamless job between them and their floor! Thank you Courtney, USA Flooring, and Gonzalo for such a positive experience and outcome. Your work was thoroughly considered, planned, coordinated, and accomplished. Courtney, that couldn't have happened without your thorough, timely communication by phone, texts, and emails among us all. A job well done is a job well supervised! Congratulations.
